i read jumy's entry today on the boldly entitled Nippies(oohhh aahhh....click me pinch me click me.here the link!)hilarious and very logical indeed.
another day passed by and i'm nearing my dateline.the dateline of being "institutionalized".an incident took place.my tyres were unevenly worn out.therefore resulting in a not so catastropic incident.the the rear right tayar went "picah!".....in the freakin morning!so my sleep cycle was utterly distrupted my a distress call from who else my dad!being a gearhead cum a petrolhead cum whatever i felt kinda funny.okay i used to wash and clean my car during weekends so i basically scrutinize the car.check here and there!not these days mind you!kah kah
so today i went to the night market.my usual dose of exercise.walking and eating and eating and eating and drinking as i browse along!heheheee...a belly full indeed.i would like to recommend the mihun sup/soto/koawteow/mee sup opposite ss3's seven 11.it might dreadfully fail on the presentation aspect and a bit on the hygiene side but what the heck its darn good!burrrrppppp.......then balik rumah.end of exercise
irina's sick today so get well so honey!
no interesting news on the papers.balik-balik kes Isa Samad pancing undi(well he did!duh).dope(sebut mcm homer simpson!)...politics
nothing interesting and mind bending topic today...hhmmmpppp what else.i'm done with my irina's b'day "card".she made me a personal b'day card(she's an artist duh.graphic designer!)since i'm not so good with cards so i decided to present her with a small arca la.i made from wires and such and i put some LED(Light Emitting Diodes for the yg tak tahu...i should throw in a capacitor than can kelip-kelip.kewl!).sort of a card replacement.kewl huh?i wanted to present her a robot instead...nah tak cukup duit nak beli servo.i owe jumy a robot!dope
actually i shouldn't be writing that down!alamak dah tertulis.biaq pilah.so that's about it!till next time

mucha gracias
thank you miss mathgirl and mr metrosexual insanely obsessed with the dark side for the adidas thingy...wrist band
todays entry
the title sucks!so i guess this is my last and final week before i'm going to be "institutionalised!" literally speaking.frankly,i'm quite nervous.well, maybe after a year off doing this and that(not going to school!) you kind of get scared shit and stuff!not actually scared more like ummphh um umm...i can't seem to find the right word.
anyway, last night i had a dose of futsal with pupils of smsah.ex-schoolmates.instead off being tired running around,i was more tired laughing my hearts out!most of us did.bottomline, fun!
yesterday eve,i sent udin home and hang around jumy's sundry shop in pudu.i do help around my dad's gas station so the feel was very similar and very particular(i don't this that is the right word to describe).those contractors should sought out the ventilation system.it should be their upmost priority.then and only then should they sort out the beautification process.what's the point having new tiles, lights and such when its freaking hot..those poor people.not everyone has the luxury of cars and planes and yg sewaktu dgnnya!some really depend on what puduraya has to offer.give them cleaner and colder air will yah?!hhhmmmpphhh...we'll just have to look and see.
a sad thing happened,my aunt's home burnt to ashes.i felt really bad for them.she fainted on that fateful day.luckily,no one was hurt or injured or died!alhamdulillah.we did a small family collection, some new clothes, some poured in cash and some small gifts.i felt so blessed having such a loving family.now i feel like crying!hah...:P
i finished reading Salina by A.Samad Said.very interesting malay novel.i forgot the wonders of malay novels.good quality ones mind you.i've started reading "48 laws of power".maybe after finishing i'll hunt down "the art of war".maybe just maybe.holy guacamoly,i haven't pick up my comics!we're more used to english novels don't we.names like tongkat warrant, keris mas,um umm umm see i having troubles naming excellent malay authors!darn.how ironic.what's even ironic is that even the Kementerian Pelajaran looks like there aren't sure of english usage for maths and science!kejap gitu kejap gini.Prof. Ungku Aziz once said they were like "macam tikus nak betulkan labu".those poor kids.not much was taken into account when the schools wanted to be turned into "sekolah bistari" and new stuffs implementad and constantly changing and more this and that!urgh.....suddenly the "song another brick on the wall" by pink floyd kicks into my mind!hehee.teringat keluhan cikgu bm aku.kesian
oh shit now inas is freakin crying!hhmmpphh......kids!(shut up please!)...ok
germans lost to brazil.i was hoping for a german argentina final affair.maybe not this time.hey jurgenn klinnsman please do something with the defense!(like he's reading this.still worth a shout!)
alright..the food smells delish!i'm insanely hungry and i gotta go!
i had a blast at hartam.bless you people.

I got this one via a comment
Hi there
Apologies for posting an off topic question here.
I am invitation your views on ABORTION in order to present a case to help those in the developing world.
I personally see abortion as a NECESSARY EVIL and that unwanted pregnancy is not only a personal problem and it is also a very real problem for the society at large.
Do you think it is right to burden say a 15 years old school-going girl with a new life when she is yet to have any economic mean to sustain herself and obviously, most girls of her age are not mentally ready for a family life. Furthermore, is it fair to rob her of her career, aspiration, dream etc., in the name of preserving a life that is yet to be fully developed.
If you have an opinion, please email it to me at divinetalk@gmail.com or if you wish, you may post your comment here: Your Onions Counts!
Thanks, La Bona

"A,B,C...
A,B,C...
Mari anak-anak kita pergi sekolah...
A,B,C..."
Those are some of the words from R.Azmi's song.If all goes well I'll be enrolling in British Malaysian Institute(BMI) somewhere in Gombak.Gulp!Actually I find it quite freaky returning into the student and institutional life again after a year off doing all sorts of stuff!
I haven't done any major preparations.Just relaxing at least until the end of this week!By next week I'll try to relax some more!Hihihiii....no pressure?Ya right!?A 24 year old going back to school.Come to think about it less pressure than having to succumb to office politics or site politics(I used to work as a buruh kasar...penat oh!Esp during the fasting month)
I finished reading Klue(My gf reads em religiously! Its cheap and fun too.And I can read it too.No need those Cleo's,Cosmo bla bla bla blurrrr....) mag.My God!I love Sharifah Amani.I think she's cute(Yes she is!) .Cuter than Ekin AF3! (Jumy...Take that buster!hihihiii).Klue is a cool mag.Really it is.I like the newsletter part.Free bashing and no politics.Speak your mind kinda thing but no politics(thank God!)
An incident took place. One of my friends car got broke into.Habis.Luckily,the car is still there(looking at the brighter side of things...but still sedihkan?)
If I were a lawmaker.Crooks and thieves their hands should be chopped off!(what about being sawed off?)Period.
Sexual abusers, head shot!Only death can justify their act.Perhaps chopping off their "anu" would be a good substitute as well.Tortured to death seems cool.
Drugs addicts.!st time, send them to those place...ermmmm pusat serenti.2nd time?Maybe shoot them.Waste of taxpayers money!Millions and millions. And it is an effective way of not spreading HIV and AIDS.Those poor women and kids!(Geraaammmm nih!)
Okay, judging from this,I'm really not fit for the job!Hahaa.I don't think its cruel at all though.
Erm,I'm signing off.I'm gonna continue my reading.Currently,I'm reading Salina.A Malay novel by A.Samad Said.
Ok I know Jumy loves Linux
Mr Yap,she called you a retard? She shiok at you one...
Gee,guess what. What?I'm getting a new set of speakers.Should I trade my Rotel Amp for a NAD amp?To trade or not to trade...that is the question? And where did I put my my interconnects again?Oh no!Not again...
Darn I need a new bass guitar with a kick ass bass amp.Loud enough to make a women dress fly high(NOT!)kahkahkhakhaahahakahaaa....I'm turning crazier!
No idea is too crazy and no dream is too wild.Live your dreams and push forward!Bye for now

From udean
Copied from udean's friendster message board:
Aku memang tak reti
Tunjuk Engkau menari
Tapi Engkau tak usah henti
Pandai tak kan datang berlari
Mimpi aku tak semua indah
Rakan semangat janganlah pudar
Hidup memang banyak kerenah
Cerewet hidup akan susah
Janganlah berundur
Ini bukanlah masanya
Tak kuasa aku
Menghadapi ini semuanya
Sendirian begini
Tak mampu berdiri tinggi
Tanpa mu disisi
Wahai kawan
Satu lagi nak pesan
Busuk hati janganlah simpan
Nasihat untuk rakan dan taulan
Simpan semua jadi panduan
Sudah 24 tahun
Ilmu didada aku susun
Kalau berkat tak datang turun
Sampah sarap datang berduyun

Friendster is closing?Grrrr....annoying forwarded messages
The title sounds really odd right?I don't fucking know what is the problem with some people forwarding the same messages over and over again. It just really bugs me big time! What if friendster closes! If it was meant to be!So be it.They really buy it don't they.

Fuckernaut!
On my way to jalan duta,i wondered(as usual) the mat & minah salleh's(who came out with the term mat salleh at the 1st place?) collection of bad words. There is always the fuck, shit, asshole, son of a bitch and some, well more like that's all.Actually byk lagi kot.
As for BM I think there just simply a lot of really bad words.Sial!Celaka!Babi!Puk.....dan banyak sangatlah lagi!
Then one more thing is that when you say boobs, knockers it just doesn't sound as bad as tetek!right?Ok there is another word like payudara but...well
Then there's dick! The BM version sounds more descriptive right?Ya know what I mean.
Ass...bontot,punggung hhmmmppppp singaporean malays calls it pantat(sound awful!don't ya agree)
Somehow when these BM scholars came out with these words and terms they really like "picture it" don't ya think?hhhmmmmpphhhhh
I did came across some very bad writen malay porn writing some time ago!I sounded so pukingly awful and yucky.Maybe just maybe if they use the softer term.Nah!I don't want to encourage these folks!
I think when it comes to describe these thing, its like really soft and suttle approach and really nasty ones.No middleones!
Hmmpphhh.....or its just a cultural dilemma

Kereta power kawan saya
Yesterday there was a small get together at Johnny's OU.Me,Jumy,Reza,Rafiqa and her friend(I kept on forgetting her name.Baru je tadi ingat!I ought to eat more raisins...)
Reza picked me up in his "kereta power" with Jumy as the co-pilot.Althought,it was just a small company but we had a good time.Full of the usual wackiness.(Ahaks!Ketawa ketawa ketawa.Makan makan makan makanan.Jumy evolved into a Metrosexual guy!)
After dinner we had some desserts at A&W PJ.More food!Lovely.I scream for ice-cream.Yippie
After desert Reza took me home in his "kereta power" with the co-pilot barely piloting(ZZZzzzzzzzz....zzzzz's)!I got to test drive his ride.
I had a taste of exotics before.Having to "test flight" Reza's hot import was simply awesome.I really really appreciate it.Arigato Rezasan
First reaction was "biar betik!".Am I dreaming, this car is fast and mind you it is still standard(I think he outta leave it that way, better engine reliability. He plans to do so actually).I managed to get it till just about 100 clicks or so.In 3rd!Every shift spits "hisses"!Leaving behind the oh so lovely note via the blow-off valve.Arrghhh sakit otak sakit otak!Bestnye bestnye
Secondly,Brembo's they really justify their stopping prowess.Really they do!Don't mess with them. They don't come cheap either.
The cluch is really excellent.Really bites!Ngap!
The flight lasted for a short while(kereta tu power la.Laju bebenor)
So Mr Rezasan thank you so much for the honour of piloting your ride!Heheee memang best.Thank you thank you thank you!
Thank thank thank you juga ku ucapkan kepada Jumy yg telah belanja peratusan besar makanan yang telah saya makan malam semalam ya!Arigato.
Terima kasih Cik Rafiqa untuk desert percuma anda
For the record, although Reza's ride is a "kereta power" rest assured he is a well trained, well mannered and a very courteous road user.
"Kereta power" Reza turut dirahsiakan identitinya.Hehehee..

Appreciate
I read Jumy's blog. His piece on "Learn" is very meaningful.
I read Huzaimi's blog as well, darn it is humourous.
Miss Sunshine's blog?Well full of sunshininess.
As for Rafiqa's blog,surprisingly illogical.No,maybe not what I've expected from a mathematician.Lol
Kinda continuing Jumy's piece on "Learn".
When I first step into the construction site back then,my initial feeling was "Darn I'm scared!"
Why?Fear of the unknown I guess.
As I progress,I just felt stoopid. Not stupid but stoopid(stupid sounds well...stupid.Stoopid sound more goofier and stupid in a different manner). Why?
The more I learned the dumber I get. Why?
There are just simply so much that one can aquire which is impossible for one to muster it all.I just felt I simply don't know much. or don't know nothing. Therefore, that is why we have to rely on others as well. Why?
To connect!That's why...it's all a big connection
Connecting people. One to the other(six degress of separation!)
That is why I've learned to appreciate people for what they are because everyone has something that they can offer. Some realize it and some don't.What they do can effect others. Some are very discreet and suttle and some may lead to something big!Good or bad?Hey it their choise(s).Don't ya think?
I guess all that thought me and made me appreciate people for who they are even though some a well very pretencious wannabes.Maybe I'm one of those?I wonder?Maybe to some people I am.Maybe...Its ok.No one is perfect.I can't please(puuhhlease) everyone.Lol
Some like you or love you, some hates and dislike you.Beauty?Lies in the eyes of the beholder.A good heart(sounds like health mag) and a kind spirit that matter more to me.
Oh God!Here I go again wondering from 1 point to the other.
Hey!This is blogging.Not your secondary school composition.Duhhh!
Ok I'm done!

just another theory.
It has been about 2 days since I last logged in.I have to admit it sure feels kinda weird not logging in.
The day after my dear friend passed away my beloved grandma was admitted at KJMC."another one bites the dust"-queen.i was so worried.Thank God,she is recovering steadily and she's fineee.Alhamdulillah
After I came out with the basketball theory, lets just call it" basketcase",I wondered on the "Program Latihan Khidmat Negara" PLKN.
Here's the thing. What are the criteria on selecting pupils for the programme(not that I'm really interested in joining the programme, unless if there are some "weapons training module/combat and survival skills module/warfare thingy" included!hehee...maybe I can learn a thing or two in wire tapping and such aye?hehee.I might consider big time!Takpe janji dah terlepas!)
What are the criteria?
From my personal observation I think(which is normal la) the sons and daughters of VVIP's,VIP's,Tan Sri's,Dato'-dato' and Mak Datin's kinda tak masuk?Perasan tak? Like c'mon don't tell me at least some of them sure got SPM leaver sons and daughterskan?Don't you think.
If there are any,I think sure will make the newskan.Similarly like Thaksin's(Thai PM) daughter having to work in McD.He himself took her there(Huyoo...)
Perhaps they just keep quiet and mum about it sebab tak nak anak-anak diorang "terglamer" gitu.Susah pulak kang!Well, maybe and that could be another possibilityDon't you think?
I think if I'm very successfull I think I'll just drill and grill my children(literally speaking) similarly like what my father did to me.Okay,at first I DON'T LIKE IT,but along the way it teaches you a lot.Instills discipline and it just make you realize things aren't just as easy as it may seem. You'll learn to appreciate all the hard work and all the hard work your parents put up to bring you up and running into the big world.
So I hope I'll be even more successful then both of my parents. So I can give old daddy'o a run for his money(I hope I got that one right?) and mama the soothing feeling knowing her child finally made it!
Till next time people.Keep on pondering and all smiles
P/S:I've started my basketball drills.Mostly it consists of dribbling with my weaker left hand!

THEORY......basketball anyone?
I used to play basketball.Well, used to.Currently contemplating to play ball again.Anyway, that ain't the issue I'm gonna highlight here.
It's good to see the game is growing at a commendable state.I wonder why some sports here are very race dominated.Majority of Malays/Bumis play football which is very evident.Chinese dominated basketball courts.Indian and Sikh dominated the hockey fields.
We should mixed it all up!Don't you guys and gals think so?
My theory on why Chinese ruled the courts is because most of the Chinese school lacked school field. Most of them have basketball courts.Malays/Bumis dominated football since most of the national schools have a football field. My theory on why the Indians dominate the hockey field is because they have a very strong bones and can withstand a good swing and they can really stand the heat!Yes they really do.Seriously, they do.
These are just theory.Back when I was studying in Jenan, basketball was just there. To fill in the SBP criteria I guess. No coach,no proper jersey,a very old wornout court and rims. Not that I'm complaining. It's just that I think due to the "nature of the game" which is "not a Malay sport" and even worst not producing results(of course ma,no one cares or bother.Just a bunch of us,loving it...the important thing is we had a lot of fun! :) kan Jumy kan?kan?).Some seniors despiced us,maybe well maybe its the style(more like the "nature") that goes with the game. Not that its hip-hoppy-ish.Maybe just maybe its because we're all stuck in Jitra!(I think Kuala Kangsar is hulu-er,but they did won trophies!....its all in the mindset.Get it?)
Anyway,I kinda missed the good old days, days I played pranks on Stell and Shu Ping,on how I became good at Maths, thanks to Chien Wei.The day Jayakhantan won top honours for the Bahasa Melayu Essay. The good old days, the days. The days we all so used sharing.Race and colour was not even an issue. The days Irina kept secrets(of admiring me!) with Bernie and Che Lim.Sweet stuff! If Suria is reading this, this is the same period he hair was "different".Hehee.I'm not gonna spill the beans here(unless she just mums and not comment on anything.I might spill a wee bit of info on how she looked back then!I shall crept to the archive vault...Aku nih mengarut je!Usah dilayan.Sila buat donno)
So,say a milo drink. Its made up of water/H2o,milo itself, susu pekat, okay I'll throw in the spoon and a saucer for presentation purposes.Imagine a milo, water and susu pekat mixed and not stired. It wouldn't taste good would it.Stir it and present it well.Hah!Kan sodap!
Think about it.
Argh...my medication kick in!Head.....hee-aaa-a-vyyy.Need to catch some ZZZzzzzzz's
Till next time.Smile ya all

Kesimpulannya, esok lusa I have to hang out and layan a cuppa or two teh tarik(s).Maybe weekend nih la kot.Banyak sangat running around.Tak chill pon! That is so not me!
Oh!Btw,I cut my hair for nothing.Uniten tak layan pon my appeal utk sambung belajar kat situ.Takpe tompek lain ado.Nasib baik jugak dapat!Ada chan nih utk memperhebatkan diri but still I miss my longer hair!Darn it.
Okay I guess I'm off to KLIA then.Tataaaaaatititutuuuuuuuu

A familiar dude SMSed me:Yeah.Naik tren 3rd klas.12 hours agi sampai kl.Tis does bring back ol memories :)
I replied:Kewl.Ye olde memoirs.Hahaa.From berebut bas kt jenan(except waktu f5!)to komtar penang.Mcm2.Enjoy ur walk(train journey)down memory lane.Teringat zaman lalu...
Those were the days.My days at SMSAH in Kedah.Negeri Jelapang Padi!My dearly beloved school.I basically grew up there. My friends are more like an extended family.More than just friends!Boys and girls alike.
Now,most of us have become man and woman. Some are married, some are still studying(I fit this bill!) but most of us are working,be it full-time or part-time.Some are lost, some are gone, some don't even want to recall!how sad :(
I remember my days shooting hoops(smsah most sinful sport!don't play basketball.some seniors might hurt yah!?),playing footie(the number 1 sport),watching rugby(glory years are gone!),watching chicks going to the mosque(ooh laa laa),the buzzing siren sound(similar to WW2!) calling the always hungry folks to DM(food was never enough!),evening and night Prep. hours, the glory days of us having our very own phone booth!Crossing for the sake of Nan's Koayteow Kerang(the best in Malaysia by far!) with the very delicious half fried egg/three quater fried egg.The yolk melts ooohhh so deliciously in yer mouth!Getting into trouble, escaping trouble and the wrath of "David" and Mr. Mehat Man.The short and stumpy PK (I can't remember his name!),Lim Ah Pok...and many more!
Those were the days.
These are some of the things that makes me smile...
Moments that bounded us...
Moments that help make us grow and prosper into the world.
Don't forsake the past.

Yipes!
OOOooooohhhhhh aaaahhhhh burpppppp!Alhamdulillah....Nothing beats having a wholesome meal with your family members. To top things up,my aunty even bought me a cake!Good olde chocolate cake with ice-cream.I scream for ice-cream!yum....yum.AF's on teevee.Macam-macam ada?!Dah tak layan sangat. This eve I visited my chik in Subang, she's recovering quite well.Something's wrong with her tyroid glan(betul ke aku eja nih?).Infected...bernanah and bengkak.Seronok dia bercuti till 10th June.I've splashed 30 bucks on my monthly dose of comics.People should read comics or manga alike.I think its good.Really good.Really really good.Don't forget to watch cartoons or anime alike! As we grow up,we tend to leave our kidlike innerself! Our creative part I say.So it's not a sin to enjoy or indulge ourselves with all these.I think that is how George Lucas makes money! He stimulates creativity not just on himself but to others as well.Check out "The Science of Star Wars" on Discovery channel. If I'm not mistaken(Oh it's already Sunday!).So it's tonight!I can't remember the time thought....Go check your local listing.....Thank you again to chik for your supply of secret recipes' cake and 50 bucks(hadiah hari lahir!).Thank you aunt Teratai for the dinner party!Till then....smile people smile

Chaotic
My mom,dad and littlelest sista is somewhere in Tanah Suci,so here I am(being the good son...hehee) running around here and there.Well, not exactly running around with no cause.I'm busy running his Majesty's Tuanku Surkery gas station. The house is "growing up" and "expanding" steadily.Nevertheless, today I missed my daily round since I was stuck in Putrajaya.Took my 2 sis for their MyCard business.Evening,I picked up my girlfriend pulak! Not that I'm whining.Just splashing out my busy day.
A small incident nearly took place this morning.I did my usual round.I went to the bank. Some bloody idiot Astro Promoter went a bit too far with his words!I was on my way out of the bank:
(Friday morning somewhere in the region of 10-11.30am)
Astro asshole:Bang!Pasang Astro bang.Free installation bang!
Me:(smiling...as usual)Takpe terima kasih dah ada.
Astro asshole:Ok takpe jalan baik-baik,jangan sampai kena rompak(senyum mcm kerang busuk)
Me:Mind your languange(devilish stare).Jaga sikit mulut tu(dude ....I've just deposited 20k of cold hard cash and carrying 1.5k in my pockets!NOT FUNNY !@#$%&&!@!?)
Moral.Mind your language.Perkara ini sangatlah kurang asamnya
Lunch prior to solat Jumaat(12 noon - 1pm)
It has been a while since I last set foot on my previous working site(I enjoy working outdoors!).Finally Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya nampak rupa.I had lunch with Faiz(he calls me walking internet!thank you for the complement but I'm no computer whizz.I'll leave that to Jumy. But I'm still learning to sorta be one.Be one with the Force...haha).So as usual,I got stuck in the middle of Putrajaya site and office politics and more politics with politicians innit!(That is why I call Putrajaya the "Oh So Beloved Capital!" as Putarjaya...cause it does make you berputar!Trust me it's ain't beautiful.Go ask any contractors working there).Meeting old trusty pals sure is fun esp with Faiz around because he is so darn comical with tonnes of humour to spare.Dude you make my day.Its hard to muster that he is a daddy!Hahaaa.Anyway, congrats dude!
So after Jumaat, picked up my sisters at Alamanda, sent them to JPN,quick trip to the station, then the bank, picked them up,sent them home.Off to Shah Alam...sent Irina to the LRT station and finally.....finally SS3!Fuhh..lega.I have to decline my grandma's wish of wanting to go visit Chik at Subang.Flatla...besides I can't be missing Monster's Garage and American Chopper's(ok...memang ada ulangan...still I'm tired!)
So that was my day.No wonder I can't pile in the kilos huh?!
Ok peeps...smile sokmo : )

Bangun tido
Oh my God,I just woke up from sleep.Quite tired today and the weather sure ain't forgiving.House?Still a mess in the backyard. For some people the run around work 9-5,8:30-4:30 and such.Like other they pay the bills, loans and bla bla.The current price rise in some of our daily things such as toll hikes, petrol and diesel kinda bugs me.Why?Some blame it on the diesel thieves and smugglers?Really it does bug me.And as I was driving in my proton I just felt bad driving one, cause I think Malaysians have been ripped off by a corporate company producing flimsy local cars and overcharging it!For God's sake I've been pulling out the A-pillar cover and giving it quite a stare...why oh why?A friend told me,Toyota intended to sell Avanza for about 30 grand.Tapi Government tak kasi sebab takut effect proton. Not to mention Honda City's planned market price was for a mere 50 grand!kewl!but not...all in the name sake of protecting the proton(cronies, affiliates and such!) from losing more ground in the ultra competitive car industry.Oh!I hope these companies will shut down their plans and continue building cars in Rayong,Thai. Most of the main players are right there!hahaaa....serves em right.C'mon give more bang-to-the-buck car for Malaysians la!haiyaaa.Oh!back to the diesel and such issues,I once did my time in the oh so glamorous contractor work in Putrajaya(some part of it is a waste of taxpayers money),poor thing memang glamour but a lot of contractors had to suffer till this day.Payments are late and way overdue, and yes it's always the Malays who kills the other since no undertable money is presented.Melayu mudah lupa!Really?Sapa lupa...Go figure....Bout the diesel thing again.I'm always straying.Apsal hah?Kita bukanke byk minyak?Aiyaaaaa......(and yet I stray lagi).....ok bye.I'm way overboard dah ni

Gearhead
Fuh finally my PC.Done with the bills and stuff associated!Just another manic Monday. The house is in a dire shape due to the extension being done at the backyard.Friends are quite quiet these days,as for me busy running around with the Dad's business at stake(He is off on holidays).Yesterday the uncle's car kinda broke down.Kinda.The automatic gear got stuck in reverse!I went YES!A car to ticker with(Fortunately I managed to get it done right and it's moving forward again! It parks and it "neutral"izes.Haha)Apparently a part connecting the shifts to a rod and connecting it to the gear box went MIA!A minor modification done by mua with the help of my cousin of course we managed to get things done again!Yippie...my jeans were soaked so is my tee.I had it done on the road after rain.Luckily it was in a new neighbourhood!Goodness gracious, why on earth does Volvo have to come up with starlike shaped screws?!Can't they use normal phillips or flatheads?HHHmmmmppphhh...Not to mention the insulations?Nevertheless it makes the ride more quiet unlike the local makes(but it is more easier to tinker with!)....God I'm hungry now that I've fed my cats.So till next time...Smile people smile!

Finally all the lingering Q's surrounding and clouding my mind has been answered.Star Wars Episode 3:Revenge Of The Sith hits our shores.Enjoyed it I have!A must see it is!A smooth transition towards the sequals it is.
What is so special for me is that Star Wars goes beyond the ordinary. It connects a generations of fans.My parents,my uncles and aunts, cousins,my lovely girlfriend, friends all fans alike have our share and moments regarding Star Wars.Nothing beats having to share these special Star Wars moments with those close to you.And don't forget those childhood memories as well!
For this thank you Mr George Lucas and the whole crew I must!
Those who haven't watch Star Wars give it a GO!Take along the whole crew as well.Enjoy and MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU

time off?
When a girl needs a time off, usually what she mean is – I’m going to leave you soon. This is the grace period where you can learn to live without me. So when I leave you, you won’t take it hard and jump out of the bridge or something similarly stupid. - geek for hire.I still have the card : ) -
Having similarly sucked into the same situation,I felt like writing my two 2 cents worth. It ain't a beautiful sight. It just brings back vivid bad memories that overshadows the good ones.Nevertheless, one can always ponder on the mistakes and better themselves and I did!Alhamdulillah
I've seen people change drastically in these situations.A clear speciment a friend of mine was so wrecked he turned from a non smoking chap to a fire breathing dragon-literally,a non-alcoholic to a full time boozer and wheat, grass(and many other names!)?what is even more ironic is this dude is quite involve a 3rd party situation-ya know what i mean, talk about "a small world"?I just hope he doesn't sleep around!A sleeparounder+Any curious girl is a no-no...gulp
Most of the times, whan a relationship has ended friendship are broken as well(I'm kinda imagining a chain being snapped!).Most of the time there are people taking sides. The girls chain of friends might not acknowledge the ex-bf since they aren't together no more and vice-versa.As for me I still maintain quite a handful of friends that I've met through my ex because for me they are simply my friends as well.No need to break the chain.I've always said to my pals don't hate her and such its just not fated, not meant to be.Its God will.I don't feel at all the sense of betrayal if they happen to get in touch with her be it by phone, mail and etc.No such thing as kawan kau and kawan aku...grow up
Having a failed 6 years of relationship sure teaches me a lot.I've met a beautiful person with a big warm heart now.I don't expect things to be smooth sailing either but if there are any problem regarding the relationship.I've learned to really talk,to really listen and not just assume things are ok just because everything seems to be ok.I'm a changed person now.
So people, don't drown youself in tears and sorrow.Channel the hate, anger, the feeling to avenge,or to revenge into positive things.Yes.it's okay to feel bad for say 2-3 day (some may even take weeks or months. But enough is enough!) but don't let it drain your positive energy.Question yourself,What am I doing? Is feeling this miserable worth it?Is he/she worth all this misery?.Suck all the negativity and channel them positively.Ponder.Only then you will learn.Don't blame him or her blatantly on the failed relationship.Remember,it takes 2 to tango.Learn to accept mistakes both on your part and the other. You will feel good.InsyaAllah.That I can assure you.Till next time adieu
P/S: Jumy thank you for the enlightning. You must be severely bored with my Q's! : P
P/SS:What does PS stand for?hhmmphh...

LONG LIVE THE GEEKS!
Source of the article - www.craiglist.org and
readapted from http://bibimisbah.blogspot.com
cut and pasted from friendster's bulletin board.thanks to izana shakira
1) While geeks and nerds may be awkward,
they're well-meaning 9 out of 10 times. That
smooth dude with the sly grin and the spider
hands? Wonder what HIS intentions are... plus,
I've never had a geek guy not call me when he said
he would. Score major points THERE.
2) They're useful. In this tech-savvy world, its great
to have a bf who can make your laptop, desktop,
and just about anything else that plugs into a wall
behave itself.
3) They're more romantic than theyre given credit
for. Okay true, their idea of romance might be to
make up a spiffy web-page with all the reasons
why they love you, with links to pics of you and
sonnets and such...but hey.
4) Due to their neglected status, there are plenty
to choose from. You like em tall and slender?
There are plenty of geeks/nerds who are. You
like em smaller with more meat on their bones?
Got that too.
5) They've got brains. Come on now, how can
intelligence be a bad thing?
6) Most are quite good at remembering dates. Like
birthdays and such, especially if they know itll
make you happy. Due again to their neglected
status, they're more attentive than guys who have
more options. Plus, with all that down time
without a steady gf, they'll likely have mental lists
of all the things they'd love to do once they GOT a
gf.
7) Sex. Yep. Sex. I'm not really familiar with this
myself, but I've friends whove been intimate with
geek guys and it raves all around. They say a
virgin wrote the Kama Sutra... all that time thinking
about sex, imagining sex, dreaming about sex,
(they are male after all) coupled with a desire to
make you happy? Use your imagination.
8) They're relatively low maintenance. Most can be
fueled on pizza, Twinkies and Mt Dew. No
complicated dinners needed here, so if you're not
the best cook, eh. Can you order a pizza?
9) Most frequent bars as often as slugs frequent
salt mines. You wont have to worry much about
your geek guy getting his groove on with club
hotties because, frankly, hell be too busy rooting
around under his computer wondering where that
spare cable went. You wont have to worry about
him flirting with other women because, 9 out of 10
times, hell zip right by them in a perfect B-line
towards the nearest electronics store. I've seen
this happen. Me: Eww. Victoria Secrets Models...
Theyre so skinny. How is that feminine? You can
see her ribs! Geek Guy: Ooooooo... Me: Hey!
*notices he is staring lustfully towards the
computer store* Geek Guy: What? Me: Never
mind...
10) Although he may not want to go to every outing
with you, you can arrange swaps, as in, youll go
to his Gamer Con dressed as an elf princess if
hell take you to the ballet. Plus, if he doesn't want
to go someplace with you, you won't have to worry
much about what hes up to. Youll probably come
home to find him asleep on his keyboard in a sea
of Mt Dew cans with code blinking from the
screen. Its okay. He's used to this. Just toss a
blanket over him and turn out the light.
11) His friends arent jerks. I can't stress this
enough. You'll more likely get OMG! A GIRL!! Can
I see?! than Hey hot stuff! Back that ass up here
and let me get some grub on... They're awkward
geeks too and will, 9 times out of 10, treat you
with the utmost respect and, more than likely, a
note of awe. A cute girl picked one of their clan to
date? It could happen to them! Hope! Drag some of
your single girlfriends over, open up a pack of Mt
Dew, crack open the DnD set and get working. .
12) They're rarely if ever possessive. They trust
you, so you can be yourself around them. You like
to walk around the house in a ratty t-shirt for
comfort? He won't care. He does too! They wont
get pissy if you dont wear make-up or dont want
to bother primping your hair. If you gain a few
pounds, they wont try their best to make you feel
like crap.
13) They're usually very well educated. Physics
majors and the like. See #5. You wont have to
listen to him blathering on about his car (okay
maybe a little), hell have loads of other interesting
things to talk about. Politics, world events, how
much the chicken burgers down at the local place
rock, so long as you douse them in hot sauce...
14) You'll almost never have to hear, Yaw dawg
whazzap!! plop out of their mouths. Unless its in
jest. They spell properly, use correct punctuation,
and are able to tell the difference between the toilet
and the floor. They almost never get wasted, so
you won't have to worry about coming home to find
him and his friends passed out on the floor amidst
a pile of beer bottles. Mt Dew cans, perhaps...
15) And the final reason why geeks and nerds
make great boyfriends: They actually give a damn
about you. Not how you look (though thats a
plus), not how skinny you are, not how much
make-up you primp yourself up with, but they like
you for you. That kind of thing lasts longer
than DAMN baby you got a fine ass!!! Believe me.
Final words, there is Geekiness in everyone.MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!May 19th 2005

In the wide world of dating, there are many options.
Do you go for the flashy guy with the smooth
smile, or the dude in the corner typing away on his
laptop? The following are reasons why I think my
fellow females should pay more attention to the
quiet geeks and nerds, and less attention to the
flashy boys.

my word
haaaa...its a very relax night actually, although truth to be told my room is a mess,i'm kinda moving out due to a massive house renovation taking place next week.i spent close to an hour and a half browsing to the world wide web and i had spent some time on the friendster popular search as well.i decided to clicl upon some of the popular searches which include things like coli,ku ramas, perempuan and stuff(you'll guys basically got the picture right?).i did however stmble across some things which are quite "fascinating".a blog of a maknyah, some kinda gayish kid and some more of the kind.quite fascinating actually, not the crappy porno story stuff,i don't even bother reading them...these blogs are well linked and the hits are quite high.way way higher than mine for sure.quite a community and a very different facet of life!i went like wow!i know these things do exist but wow!i just don't know how to express my feelings.i know what haram is haram, and Gods word are truly not debatable. looking back at things it just freaks me out!the current human state just...ARGGHHH takutnya.i'm afraid of D-day.i'm afraid that i won't be ready on the day God decided to pull the plug.nauzubillah.truly not an angel myself but thankfully i still have the sense of being afraid.otherwise...

one of my fav song
Stairway To Heaven
by Led Zeppelin
There's a lady who's sure
All that glitters is gold
And she's buying a stairway to heaven.
When she gets there she knows
If the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for.
Ooh ooh and she's buying a stairway to heaven.
There's a sign on the wall
But she wants to be sure
'Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings.
In a tree by the brook
There's a songbird who sings,
Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven.
Ooh, it makes me wonder,
Ooh, it makes me wonder.
There's a feeling I get
When I look to the west,
And my spirit is crying for leaving.
In my thoughts I have seen
Rings of smoke through the trees,
And the voices of those who standing looking.
Ooh, it makes me wonder,
Ooh, it really makes me wonder.
And it's whispered that soon, If we all call the tune
Then the piper will lead us to reason.
And a new day will dawn
For those who stand long
And the forests will echo with laughter.
If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, Don't be alarmed now,
It's just a spring clean for the May queen.
Yes, there are two paths you can go by
But in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on.
And it makes me wonder.
Your head is humming and it won't go
In case you don't know,
The piper's calling you to join him,
Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow,
And did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind.
And as we wind on down the road
Our shadows taller than our soul.
There walks a lady we all know
Who shines white light and wants to show
How ev'rything still turns to gold.
And if you listen very hard
The tune will come to you at last.
When all are one and one is all
To be a rock and not to roll.
And she's buying a stairway to heaven.

sweet slumber
i draw inspirations from basically anything and everything.man, animal, nature, people, human, kids, etc etc.apart from my inspiring parents and family members...here goes
i've just read my beloved friend's blog senor jumy(feel free to click on his link!)i just felt so honoured with his words and thoughts.my dear friend jumy is byfar the geekiest of them all.he might look not so expressive up front but inside he sure hell is!just have a go at his blog and you'll see why!i always regard him as one of the best(if not the best!)pc whizz around.i'm very VERY sure there are a whole lot out there that seconds me!i once sat next to him in this hacking competition and just looking at him make sense to what i see as senseless just amzes me.actually not just him,all the hackers in that room.i was a sight to behold!i don't know i just have these appreciation for any knowledge.be it maths, science, law, physics, relegion and stuff.you can see that all these are somehow connected and intertwine with each other!ah back to jumy i just want to tell people that i just feel so proud to know and to grow up with him back in SMSAH.sure was quite an evolution.dude you're darn cool!
then there is my mathemathical friend.very passionate mathematician out to prove everything in LOGIC!yup you heard me right,in logic.numbers?!her name is rafiqa hazura.fondly known as makcik back then.the gurls call her along!full of smiles.the sort of person that her happiness shines through.ahaks!her parent sponsored jumy and i to genting!nice!hihiiiiii...thank you.i love it when she explains math!numbers they do make sense.she did try to explain to me and jumy once that the table we were having our drinks on are made up of integrations!oh yes she did!
then there is razman.my bestest pal.i'll put it this way.our friendship is like an old tree you know like the ones looking gloomy and all,not much leaves on it but huge and its got a very big and strong root stuck into the ground(i kinda borrowed this remaks from my beloved girlfriend irina hariati)!oh don't forget the wolves howling in the background,a bit of crows and bats!hahahaaaaa
ah-ha then there is peah!beloved big papa pimp nadrul shaqman.fondly known as peah.we've been classmates from std 1 till std 6!he has been big all the time.even bigger now!haha.i do think he is a very cool calm and composed character!best.he teaches me bass.cool huh!i started playing guitar at 22 and after a brief intro to vic wooten....ok bass here i come.and i did!one of my memorable moment with him is that when the both of him embark on a journey towards BASSISM!actually we both restored some old bass'.i turned out great!currently mr nad here is enjoying gigging around with his SX bass.i just love to see them play!i post an article on that."let's jam!"
actually i have tonnes of insiring people,in fact jack from JMS(our regular hang out spot!jack's the waiter)even inspires me...i think i might jot about them.later later la perhaps!heheeee

so these are some af my inspiring characters!there are more!friends and foes alike!even my late cat inspires me!nuts?well maybe i am and well maybe i'm not.its up to others to decide!muaaaahhhhsssss.....thanks for ur time.cheeersss mate =)
Oh!before i buzz off no offense there are more of my friends and character that inspires me!my so to be doctor friend ayien(elessar!),reza, jatt, zairi(most of them are studying abroad!)i look up upon them to my path of success,my late grandpa,my former schools mates like UDEAN!then there is fisha.even nisterroOy too..i miss u guys and our schooldays and AVA days!haahhaaaa...and lots more.i wish i can just write about them.my former lecturers, former teachers...i just wanna say you guys are my hero!

it has been almost 2 weeks now.my dad can't sell his diesel(he runs a gas station).all 27,000 litres of em.some "nice people" from the trade ministry considered my dad selling subsidied diesel illegally, illegitimately(whatever?!) when it was their fault of not informing dealers and briefing them on the legitimate transaction.why oh why?we've been selling diesel to operators, contractors and such in drums only when they produce the necessary papers(which we did!).these fellas just walk in and said that we had perform an illegal op(on a very busy monday).my dad made a few phone calls to other dealers but no one had even heard about the so called yellow letters claimed by these officers.and the paper produced by the customer was invalid.it was not even yellow, that's for sure.so for the past week my dad has been going up and down the ministry officeS!without any clue on when he can resume selling his stock of diesel.furthermore there was no word from the ministry on the company that regularly buys our diesel in drums.hhmmpshhhh which just makes me wonder?

WHEN A WOMAN SAYS…
“I want a guy who is sensitive.”
WHAT SHE REALLY MEANS IS…
“I want a guy who is busy doing his own thing in life, who has goals and objectives… who has passion for things. If we’re out together, he always keeps me on my toes, and I’m always wondering what’s going to happen next. He’s challenging, interesting, and funny. I would really like it if he was also sensitive enough to know when I need a hug, or to be held, or when I want him to make love to me.” Does this make sense?
Again, she’s not imagining a picture of a boring, predictable, Wussy who is sharing his hurt feelings because he’s so “sensitive". Big difference.
WHEN A WOMAN SAYS…
“I want a guy who is in touch with his feelings.”
WHAT SHE REALLY MEANS IS…
“I want a guy who is strong-willed, and who doesn’t get upset about petty things… a guy who can deal with the fact that I freak out emotionally sometimes… and who knows how to be cool when things are tough. But I also want him to be in touch with his feelings so that:
1) He doesn’t repress his emotions and then eventually kill 10 people in his workplace, and
2) When he’s intimate with me, and he feels a passionate rush… he’ll grab me and make love to me like a beast!”
What she’s NOT doing is making a picture of a meek, afraid guy who calls all the time to ask “Do you like me? Because I sure like you".
WHEN A WOMAN SAYS:
“I want a guy who’s a good communicator.”
WHAT SHE REALLY MEANS IS…
“I want a guy who doesn’t talk all the time, because he knows how to let me know what’s on his mind without using words. I want the kind of guy that can touch me in a certain way and I feel tingles all over my body. And I want the kind of guy that can say things in a way that I understand… not crudely and man-like.”
thank you dude!

SEPET'S Review!

LIFE & TIMES

You only need to spend a few minutes talking to Yasmin Ahmad to be caught up by her joie de vivre. She is funny in the way that only Johoreans from Muar can be her lover for and fascination with people are infectious.
You know she's a people's person when, on your first meeting, she candidly shares some pretty personal details about herself-she was a runaway bride three times before finding matrimonial bliss with her very Ah Pek (in her own words) husband.
And you see it through her works: yep, the Petronas TV commercials that we so love.
If you've seen enough of those festive season ads over the years, you'd know what a marvellous storyteller Yasmin, an executive creative director at Leo Burnett Advertising, is. Every story-be it a happy one, funny or heartrending-goes straight to your heart. It's this knack for drawing us into her little world that makes us eagerly await her next piece of work.
And so when film industry folk began talking about her directional debut, Rabun , months before it was aired over TV3's Cerekarama slot last year, you knew it was going to be one of the high points of an otherwise lacklustre film climate.
Rabun is a sweet, unconventional love story revolving around an elderly couple, Pak Atan (played by M.Rajoli) and Mak Inom (Kartina Aziz). They are the antithesis of the typical Malay couple of a certain age who, in the twilight years of theirs lives, remain completely devoted to each other and are not ashamed to show it.
Why, one of the scenes even has the couple bathing together (with their sarongs on, of course......) and lovingly scrubbing each other's back, which, unsurprisingly caused the Film Censorship Board to jump!
The film, says Yasmin, came about after her father collapsed from diabetic complications in 2002. "I never had any grand ambitions to make movies. But I had been meaning to make a film about parents.
"I have these 'crazy' stories about my parents. They're very unique people. So when my father collapsed, I thought, "Goodness, I'd better make a film for them to watch before anything happens."
This little homage to her parents, which was produced by Rosnah Kassim under MHz Film Sdn Bhd and made a budget of RM80,000 from Grand Brilliance Sdn Bhd, has gone places.
It has done the international festival rounds including the 5th Cinemaya Festival of Asian Cinema (India), the 21st Torino Film Festival (Italy) and the 16th Singapore International Film Festival.
Incidentally, the film won the Gold award for Best Asean Film (above 60 minutes) at the 8th Malaysian Video Awards last year.
"After Cinemaya, somebody from the San Francisco Film Festival asked to see Rabun. He saw it and liked it and sent it to Italy.
"There I was thinking they must be vomiting all over the place over my silly little film when I got a call telling me Rabun had been officially selected for screening at Torino. Then a month later, I was told it was being considered for competition!"
Out of about 3,000 films from around the world, 150 were shortlisted for screening. And out of the 150, only 11 were selected for competition. Well, guess what? That "silly little film" was one of them.
Rabun didn't win any of the top three prizes but the fact that it made it that far was pretty incredible," says Yasmin.
"If it had won I would have been deeply embarrassed. If you saw the top three films you'd understand why".
One of the things she learnt from attending those festivals and meeting filmmakers from different parts of the world was that "they're not interested in complaining or restrictions or budget limitations. They just want to talk about ideas with you, which was wonderful.
"It was such a nice change because over here whenever I talk to fellow filmakers, they're always complaining about budgets, how the government is not helping and how strict the Censorship Board is."
"So I told my friends here 'Lets stop complaining, let's just make films. There's a whole bunch of us.......me, Yuhang, James(Lee), Amir(Muhammad), Osman Ali. We just want to make films."
But not the kind with Erra Fazira in them, says Yasmin.
She quickly points out: " There are already people making those films and some of them are quite fun to watch. But we don't want to make those kinds of films. We want to make films about our own lives.
She quotes a Spanish filmmaker who says a nation is nothing without the story it tells about itself.
"(Datuk ) Lat does it through his cartoons and I try to do it in Petronas commercials. But we don't really have films that tell stories about ourselves. Our films tell stories of middle-class fantasies."
She adds that there's nothing wrong with that. It's just that she doesn't want to go there. "I want to make films about lower to middle-class realities. I'm not interested in making films about the upper class because I think they lead such boring lives.
"James is telling stories about the Chinese community and that's just wonderful. And Amir.......well, Amir is very courageous. He's telling stories about political upheavals and stuff like that."
For now Yasmin just wants to tell stories about her parents. She believes everybody has a story to tell. Yeah, but not everybody has such fascinating stories or colourful characters in their lives.
"Sure they do," she insists and proceeds to ask me a naughty question to drive home her point." See? I bet you could make a whole movie on THAT!" she laughs, having rendered me speechless.
Following the encouraging response to Rabun, Yasmin soon got started on her second feature, Sepet. This time round Yasmin and Rosnah forked out their own money, with a little help from FINAS (National Film Development Corporation).
" Sepet is not as autobiographical as Rabun. It's a mixture of different segments of my life."
She's not done with Pak Atan and Mak Inom yet but this time the focus is on their daughter Orked. The two movies are in no way related, says Yasmin.
Sepet takes a look at an interracial relationship. But not the kind we've been fed with, she explains.
"Whenever I watch a Malay film about people of different races in a relationship, there always seems to be a problem. Because I've only been exposed to such films I thought this must be a common problem."
That's why she thinks her story - based on her personal experience, naturally -is one that's worth telling. "I had Chinese and Indian boyfriends. My parents never had problems with them and their parents never seemed to have problems with me."
Before the shot the film, some of her friends who read the script had asked, 'Where's the problem? Where's the crisis? For the dramatic effect, you know.....'
"But that's not what Sepet is about. If my family had a problem with interracial relationships, then this would not be an interesting story to tell because every movie about interracial relationships has a crisis.
Yasmin has had private screenings of Sepet and so far response has been encouraging. And why not? She's assembled a team of talented actors, from established names and fairly new faces to complete unknowns.
Harith Iskander and Ida Nerina give delicious portrayals of (the younger )Pak Atan and Mak Inom while Sharifah Amani Syed Zainal Rashid Al -Yahya, in her first lead role, gives splendid performance of Orked.
Then there is that fantastic singer Adibah Noor, who is fast making name as an actress, playing the family's lovable servant Kak Yam.
and Orked's boyfriend is played by art director Choo Seong (Yasmin's colleague), who has never acted in his life. Theatre veteran Thor Kah Hoong plays his wheelchair-bound, verbally abusive father and newcomer Tan Mei ling is his long - suffering wife.
Shoit entirely in Ipoh, Perak, Sepet is one of the few local productions that can truly be called a Malaysian film.
Next up is Gubra, says Yasmin, who's in the midst of completing the script. It tells of the emotional roller - coaster ride her family went through the morning her father collapsed.
Going by the respect and admiration she's getting from industry folk -mainstream or otherwise the Woody Allen of Malaysia may happen sooner that she thinks.
"whenever he makes a film he can get big stars to act in if for almost nothing just because they want to be in it. I know I'm being a bit ambitious but wouldn't it be wonderful to be in that position?"
Well, for Sepet, Harith and Ida practically offered themselves for free just to be in a Yasmin Ahmad film. Who knows, when she's done with making all those Metrowealth movies, Erra Fazira may just come a knocking on her door?

sepet is a story of love between 2 young adolescent with a different background.different race and different relegion.this is a love story between a chinese VCD peddlar named Jason and a beautiful(and a darling too!ooh, her acting was simply awesome....ahhh such a darling) named Orked(like the flower Orchid).Unlike todays typical malaysian movie(malay, chinese and indian...all also canlah!) this story surely does highlight and reflect the part of malaysian culture and lifestyle.not 100% but quite close.more sense of today malaysiala.i'm not gonna type on how the movie goes on and on but i just want to pen down some of my thoughts on the movie!SEPET oh SEPET ...i just love this movie.alast, some brilliance.the malaysian movie scene is at such lost you see.gone were the days of brilliant strokes of the late Tan Sri P.Ramlee, excellent acting from the likes of Aziz Satar,Sudin,Ibrahim Pendek,Siput Sarawak etc...etc,the sultry voice of Saloma and yadda yadda bing bang!it just suck and its even more pathetic when the current industry playa cares on making quick buck by banking on some artist that get some shot of stardom when they can sing doesn't mean they can actlooohhhh.its just plain stupid right?!right?so to those malaysian yang tak tengok sepet lagi please give it a shot!i just love that movie....nasib baik adoooo si yasmin ahmad(luckily we got yasmin!).....enough on blabbering.whoever reads this piece thank you!oh...feel free to jot down some comments.cheers mate! :)

sepet is a story of love between 2 young adolescent with a different background.different race and different relegion.this is a love story between a chinese VCD peddlar named Jason and a beautiful(and a darling too!ooh, her acting was simply awesome....ahhh such a darling) named Orked(like the flower Orchid).Unlike todays typical malaysian movie(malay, chinese and indian...all also canlah!) this story surely does highlight and reflect the part of malaysian culture and lifestyle.not 100% but quite close.more sense of today malaysiala.i'm not gonna type on how the movie goes on and on but i just want to pen down some of my thoughts on the movie!SEPET oh SEPET ...i just love this movie.alast, some brilliance.the malaysian movie scene is at such lost you see.gone were the days of brilliant strokes of the late Tan Sri P.Ramlee, excellent acting from the likes of Aziz Satar,Sudin,Ibrahim Pendek,Siput Sarawak etc...etc,the sultry voice of Saloma and yadda yadda bing bang!it just suck and its even more pathetic when the current industry playa cares on making quick buck by banking on some artist that get some shot of stardom when they can sing doesn't mean they can actlooohhhh.its just plain stupid right?!right?so to those malaysian yang tak tengok sepet lagi please give it a shot!i just love that movie....nasib baik adoooo si yasmin ahmad(luckily we got yasmin!).....enough on blabbering.whoever reads this piece thank you!oh...feel free to jot down some comments.cheers mate! :)

POCAHONTAS 1995
aaaahhh Disney's Pocahontas,a beautiful tale of a native american woman who saved the handsome colonialist John Smith from a pasting hands of her tribe.Roy Disney proudly boasted "Responsible, accurate and respectful" but the Powhatan Nation feels otherwise."The film distorts history beyond recognition",claimed Chief Roy Crazy Horse."Our offers to assists Disney with cultural and historical accuracy were rejected.Pocahontas(actually called Matoaka) was only 10 years old when the alleged attack took place, far from falling in love she was actually kidnapped by the Brits and married off to John Rolfe,a widower twice her age.In 1614,she was moved to England and paraded around the high society before her death of smallpox in March 1617.Smith then concocted the story of the assault, before returning to America with Rolfeto disperse the Powhatan and seize their land. The premiere also drew picketsfrom fist-shaking femeniststo Matoaka's transformation from abused young girl into a buxom wench."This is a completely distorted view of American history in which the molestation and abuse of a young girl is called "romantic",stormed the angry ladies.Nevertheless, it was the film-makers who enjoyed the last laugh with a whopping 29.5 million on its first weekend of general release. And Pocahontas is not a man,I made that up!LOL...heheeee

Another HOLLYWOOD LIE
Schindler's List(Steven Speilberg 93)
Starring:Liam Neeson,Ralph Fiennes,Ben Kingsley
Even before the release Spielberg confessed that certain details had been chnaged "for reasons of good taste""The SS had lots of marksmen, and just for fun they threw babies out of windows alive and shot them like skeet.I wouldn't show that in the movie.I couldn't even with dolls."
However, after the release Emilie,Schindler's widow protested that far from being a humanitarian, her former beau had been a alcoholic philanderer."He must had some redeeming virtue",carped the bitter old Kraut.Furhermore she did boast that in her memoirs that she had saved more jews compared to the man himself.Backed up with some expert claim that Schindler played little part in drawing up the "famous" list she eventually got 50,000 from Mr Speilberg.Emilie also complained that the commandant of Plaszow labour camp was a brute dude who trained his dog to rip prisoners apart(yup!rip them apart) rather than the enigmatic guy portrayed by Ralph Fiennes.
Finally, the scene that caused much offense was the finale in which tearful Schindler fled away after making profit from the war-bemoans not having saved more prisoners.chiowed penniless?Dr Sue Vice of dept of Holocaust studies of Sheffield Uni suggested that Spielberg did this to suggest that Schindler was altruistic.Actually even survivor suggested that it was money that motivated him and he was always a Nazi Party member!

HOLLYWOOD LIE
Braveheart
(Mel Gibson 1995)
(Mel Gibson 1995)
Who whoo?!Braveheart. One of the best epic stories. One of my personal favourite as well.William Wallace has long been a rallying figure for angry drunken Scots. But ruddy-faced nationalist who based their rants on Mel Gibson’s whooping 53 million epic are on shaky ground. The approach on Wallace’s anti British was far from the truth.
Actually, rather than being a poor man-of-the-people,aiming to break free the Scots from the Brits,Wallace was actually a landed commoner with a good education background, whose primary motive for fighting the Brits was to protect his own property.”There was a huge level of self interest in that character”says Andy Robertshaw, head of education at the Army Museum at Chelsea “Its utterly wrong to see him as a patriotic figure who wanted t o build a complete Scotland”.The film also shows Wallace bequeathing a son to the English princess Isabella, much to the chagrin of her Scot hating husband Edward. However,in reality both of them had never met and Isabella didn’t marry until 1308(3 years after Wallace’s execution) and her son wasn’t born until1312.Quite the humanist in the film, she was actually a bloodthirsty harridan who later had her husband murdered before launching an invasion of Scotland!
Almost every detail of the battle was incorrect in Gibson's tale, there were no historical records of Bruce siding wuth the English king.Similarly with the Scottish nobles deserting Wallace and the Irish troops turning against the English.
Finally, the blue face paint!Actually it went out of style with the Celts just about A THOUSAND YEARS earlier!
